July TiE Dallas – Replay

Thank you for your interest in our TiE Dallas events. Our last TiE Tuesday on 27th July was another successful event, giving us an opportunity to discover two new promising businesses. Sanjay Bhatia made us travel to India, illustrating a daily problem and opportunity with street carts and their customers. His new app, MeriPheri (‘my cart’ in Hindi), :

• Helps customers track their favorite vendors as they navigate through the neighborhood and
• Enables the street cart vendors stay better connected with their customers

Our second guest, George Mathew, presented, along with the rest of his Team Ariosa– Cynthia Castillo, Bharathi Muthukrishnan and Prof Rajiv Shah – a new low-cost ventilator to help deal with the current world crisis.
